DOCKING PLAN
2026 Rolex Big Boat Series Docking Plan
A reminder that storage of sailing equipment, boat gear, or other personal items on the docks is not permitted. Please help maintain dock access and safety by ensuring that city dock access gates are not blocked, propped open, altered, or damaged.
Morning and afternoon shuttle services will be provided.

Every evening will be full of social events for your entire crew, starting with our Commodore’s Reception on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 where we will announce the Perpetual Trophies, and which classes will be racing for the Rolex timepieces.

COASTAL CLEANUP
Join us for a 30-minute beach clean-up on September 18, 2026 at 0830. Meet at the Regatta Plaza and help keep our waterfront clean. Special thanks to Ocean SF for coordinating this event.

RECYCLE YOUR SAILS
Turn your old and race-worn sails into something new! Upcycle them with Sail to Shelter at this year’s Rolex Big Boat Series.
Sail to Shelter is one of our Sustainability Partners during the event and will be collecting old sails for repurposing—all racers are welcome to drop off sails on Friday, September 18, or Saturday, September 20, between 3:00-5:00pm during post-race festivities in the Regatta Plaza at the Sail to Shelter table. You can also learn more about what your sails will become in their second life off the water.
