THE CLUB

St. Francis Yacht Club is one of the most esteemed yacht clubs in the world, steeped in tradition and known for innovation. Founded in 1927 with a mission to serve as the inspirational center of boating activities regionally and a leader of yachting internationally, StFYC has hosted many of the most prestigious national and world annually, StFYC is widely regarded as having one of the top racing championships in sailing. With over 40 regattas on its calendar and race management programs in the country. In addition to a worldwide reputation for on-water excellence, StFYC’s clubhouse features outstanding dining, spacious guest docks and panoramic vistas of San Francisco Bay.

In 1964, St. Francis Yacht Club welcomed eight yachts to the inaugural St. Francis Perpetual Trophy Regatta. Four boats came from Southern California: Odyssey, Kialoa, Audacious and Kamalii; and four from Northern California: Athene, Baruna, Ocean Queen IV and Each year, St. Francis Yacht Club rolls out the red carpet for sailors Santana. The regatta was soon nicknamed the “Big Boat Series.” visiting to compete in the Rolex Big Boat Series. This year, we look forward to welcoming you.

GUESTS

Unaccompanied guests, whether participating in the regatta or sponsored by a member, must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival to receive a Guest Card and provide a credit card number for all charges incurred while at the Club. Visiting sailors and unaccompanied guests must have their Guest Cards or Competitor Badges on their person.

DINING

Dining is available in the clubhouse’s Main Dining Room and Clippership Bar. All menus are also available for takeaway and hours are Wednesday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm; Saturday & Sunday 11:00am-8:30pm. Place your orders using the StFYC mobile app if you are a member, or from menus available at the Front Desk. Order food to-go and enjoy it outside the clubhouse or on the docks!
