REGATTA UPDATES
DOCKING
This is a reminder for those that are docking at the City Docks will not be allowed to change slips, leave items on the docks, or prop open gate doors, per the NOR section 12.2, 12.4, and 12.5. Morning and afternoon ferry service will be available. Staff positioned at the gates will provide easy access to sailors each morning.
CREW LIST
To make sure we have all the necessary information for safety and organization, please ensure your registration on Clubspot includes all crew members and their details. If your crew is not listed when you arrive at registration, you will be required to provide their information then.
To update Clubspot, please follow these steps:
1. Go to this page on Clubspot.
2. Select "View signup" for the "2025 Rolex Big Boat Series".
3. Add all crew members and their information.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Registration opens Wednesday, September 10 at 10:00am in the Starting Line Room. Please ensure you complete registration prior to the competitors briefing.
The Competitors' Briefing will take place in the courtyard on at 5:30pm, where we will announce the Perpetual Trophies, and which Perpetual Class will be racing for a Rolex watch.
Followed by the Rolex Commodore's Reception in the Rolex Regatta Tent at 6:00pm. The dress code is casual attire and everyone is welcome!
QUANTUM WEATHER BRIEFING
Join experts from Quantum Sails with Mike Godsey and Shea Gibson from Sailflow Weather for interactive forecasts, local knowledge, and expert tips. The briefing will take place Thursday through Sunday LIVE at 7:30am in the Starting Line Room and on Zoom. Ask your questions and prepare for your day! Grab your coffee and fill out the registration form!
CREW DINNER
We STILL have open reservations! Please RSVP with the StFYC Front Desk (frontdesk@stfyc.com or 415-563-6363).
Crew Dinner is in the Main Dining Room of St. Francis Yacht Club on the evening of Saturday, Sept.13, 7:00-10:00pm, opening with a cocktail & appetizer reception at 5:30pm.
