St. Francis Yacht Club Information
All boats will be issued a limited number of event badges at Registration. Additional badges can be purchased at the Front Desk for $50. Please keep your badge with you throughout the week as you will need it for admission to the Clubhouse and social events.
The Hospitality Desk is open daily to answer your questions about the regatta, the Clubhouse or the area. The Hospitality Desk hours and location are:
- Wednesday, September 11, 10:00am – 7:30pm (Starting Line Room)
- Thursday, September 12, 3:00 – 5:30pm (Regatta Entrance)
- Friday, September 13, 3:00 – 5:30pm (Regatta Entrance)
- Saturday, September 14, 11:00am – 1:30pm & 3:00 – 5:30pm (Lobby)
- Sunday, September 15, 11:00am – 5:00pm (Lobby)
Unaccompanied guests, whether participating in the regatta or sponsored by a member, must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival to receive a guest card and provide a credit card number for all charges incurred while at the Club. Visiting sailors and unaccompanied guests must have their guest cards on their person at all times.
The east lot is reserved for members and trailers. The west lot is a public lot, accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that cars parked in event-specific spots, restricted zones, or blocking access will be towed. This is the city; do not ever leave any valuables in sight, in your car or on the docks car.
All trailers must register with the StFYC Race Office to receive a required permit.
Please do not leave gear bags in the Clubhouse hallways or rooms. Bag check service is available at the StFYC Front Desk. StFYC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
You may use the locker rooms, showers and sauna. Please do not remove the towels from the locker rooms; used towels should be placed in the towel basket next to the showers. Please do not put personal locks on the lockers; any personal locks will be removed. Sailing gear left in the locker rooms will be removed at the end of each day, so please do not leave your gear there overnight.
BAR & FOOD SERVICES
Please see the Schedule of Events for hours of operation. Jackets are required in the Main Dining Room. Reservations are requested, and required for parties of 12 or more. Food purchases can be made with guest cards and member account charges.
Cell phones are not permitted in the Clubhouse except to take photos.
Official event merchandise is for sale in the Domino Room and the Coral Reef Sailing Apparel store above the StFYC Docks from 0800-2000 daily. The StFYC Ketch All is also open.
Never permitted in the Clubhouse are tank tops, bare feet, wetsuits, foul weather gear (except enroute to the locker rooms), swimsuits, wet clothing and hats for gentlemen. Shorts, denim and T-shirts are permitted in the Grill Room but prohibited in the Main Dining Room and Clippership.
